Triathletes,
Great work last week for our first outdoor bike! I hope that regardless of your experience level you found the distance and route challenging enough within the time frame we work in with the class. Everyone has made significant improvement in their ability to perform the strength training exercises. From the start of the tri program to this week your strength has surely increased which in turn has lead to increased performance in each of the three events.
For this week we’ll be meeting upstairs to complete an outdoor run (weather pending) first, followed by swim and the strength workout. The last point I wish to address is if you signed up for only one day a week (Tuesday) and are unable to make our session you are always able to join the Saturday 8am group to complete your one day a week workout. We always meet upstairs in the lobby at 8am as the child care opens up at 8 if that is something you happen to need. We have 4 weeks left to get you each prepared for this up coming tri season. Keep up all your hard work!
